Today we continued painting and working on other stuff around the property. We finished painting both bathrooms and one wall of the women’s dorm. The power kept going off so we had to use the generator to run the lights to be able to finish. RRC Ladies team arrived today and is staying in Seguatepeque tonight and we will see them in the morning.

June 26
As we woke up today we had to continue washing clothes and hang out some from yesterday. Then a couple of us worked on Evis’ house, while the rest of the people worked on other stuff around the property. Also the rest of the youth traveled back home today. Then the rest of the group got back from Seguatepeque and they began to paint in the dorm. Then we ate dinner and kept on painting to try to finish most of it this weekend.
June 25
We woke up and unloaded all of the ministry items at the property and loaded up all the bags for the people who were going home. Caca, Jarman, and Karina went to La Esperanza to buy paint so those of us who are staying could start painting the dorm, but they did not buy any cause it was too expensive. The group left about 10:00am for Seguatepeque to go to the market and to stay the night there at a hotel. Kim R, Jake R, Joel G, Crystal L, Kaitlin S, Taryn S, Caca, George M, Kara M and me stayed to wait on the other team that will be here on Sunday. A few people had to go to Seguatepeque to buy paint and for George and Kara to see the lawyer to get their residence started for Honduras and they are supposed to come back to the property tomorrow. After the team left we started organizing the ministry items to see what we had and so we could actually find stuff. After lunch we walked to the spring on the property and a couple of people went swimming and then started cleaning the inside of the dorm. After dinner we cleaned a little more and then watched a movie.

June 24
I woke up and me and Evis went to La Esperanza and purchased more bottled water for the team. Then the group drove to Doloras which is on the way to Las Floras, and San Francisco. When we got there we did a ministry at the school which had elementary and high school kids all at one time. Then we went witnessing around the community and we still had time to play soccer. We then showed about half of the Jesus film in a church in the community, when the projector started acting up so we had to stop the movie.
June 23
We drove an hour past the property towards El Salvador to a community and did the program with the elementary school which had a lot of kids. Then we went to the high school and also did the program twice for two different groups of high scholars. We then played soccer and it began to rain but they continued to play. We then ate dinner at a house in the community and then prepared to show the movie, but only a few people came so we did not show the movie. Then we drove back to the property and ended a very long and wet day.
June 22

We woke-up this morning and did a ministry at a church in Seguatepeque then ate lunch also in Seguatepeque. Then we drove 1 1/2 hours to the IMB property in El Cerron, Honduras which is located 30 minutes outside La Esperanza. Then we were suposed to do a ministry at a church not far from here but it was raining and the road to the church was very steap so we stayed at the property and sorted all of the ministry items and even got to relax a little before dinner then we had our devotions and went to bed.
